Hello
My name is Christianne Joy Salac, I’m a dedicated and clinically trained Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in mobility, prevention, and rehabilitation. My passion is helping individuals regain and maintain their movement, prevent injuries, and recover effectively after setbacks. Whether you’re managing chronic conditions, recovering from surgery, or aiming to improve overall physical function, I create personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs and goals. With a focus on evidence-based techniques and compassionate care, I’m committed to empowering you to move better, feel stronger, and live a healthier, more active life.
My Story
My journey into physical therapy began with a severe knee injury I sustained while playing basketball in high school—an experience that gave me firsthand insight into the power of movement, recovery, and compassionate care. That pivotal moment sparked a deep passion for helping others restore their function and reclaim their lives through physical therapy.
I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. With over 10 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages and abilities, helping them move better, feel stronger, and achieve their personal goals.
My clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, empathy, and collaboration. I’m especially passionate about helping people access their full movement potential—whether they’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to stay active later in life.
I’m committed to lifelong learning and have pursued advanced education in:
-
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy
-
Pain Science & Neurodynamics
-
Modern Management of the Older Adult
-
Breast Cancer Rehabilitation
-
Gender Affirming Chest Surgery Care
-
The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy
My goal is to meet each patient where they are, provide personalized, affirming care, and guide them toward lasting, meaningful change—both in how they move and how they feel.
